We usually send finished items via Australia Post to the customers and that will be paid by our company for general shipping and delivery. However, the customers will pays for any jewelry to send us in case of repair items which is coming from them. And item returns or other cases, you may have to discuss with us to find out how will do. 

  • How do I create a new account?
    Click 'Login/ Register', located at the top right of the page and then click 'Create Account'. Fill in your details and click 'Update'. Registration should now be complete and you will receive a confirmation email shortly.
  • How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
    Simply enter your email in the space provided at the bottom of every page on the site, and click 'Join'. If you create an account with J&C Jewellers gallery you will also be automatically included on our mailing list, unless you choose to opt out.
  • How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter or emails?
    Simply click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any of our emails, or email jewellersgallery@gmail.com. and request removal from our mailing list.
  • Do you have physical store?
    Currently J&C jewellers gallery only sells online in order to present you with the largest variety of options possible.
  • Do you do repairs?
    Yes, we offer repair services on Jewellery purchased from any stores. Please send enquiry email to us regarding your items and we will be able to provide an estimate and advise approximate timescales and costs for the repair.
  • Can I purchase an item that I saw an online page of J&C jewellers gallery?
    Most of the items that are offered online can be purchased after you send an inquiry to us, and that item chosen by you will be made by our master jewellers hands then we will send this to you.
